48.3 Nomination Procedures: Nominations for pooling service

hereunder shall be in accordance with Section 9 of these General Terms

and Conditions. The Pooling Party shall be assigned a Pooling Party ID

No. to be used for purposes of submitting nominations. Transporter will

provide a listing of the Pooling Party(ies) via an electronic

communication mechanism.
