38. FUEL REIMBURSEMENT ADJUSTMENT PROVISION (Continued)

38.4.4 The current fuel reimbursement percentage per unit of

transportation service rendered in conjunction with

Rate Schedules contained in Transporter's FERC Gas

Tariff, Second Revised Volume No. 1 and Original Volume

No. 2 to be recovered by Transporter during the six (6)

month effective period shall be determined as follows:

38.4.4.1 The current fuel reimbursement percentage of

gas per unit of transportation service shall

include the Transportation Company Use and
