37. TAKE-OR-PAY BUYOUT AND BUYDOWN COST RECOVERY MECHANISM

37.2.1 Total Recovery Period - The period beginning on the

effective date any new rates become effective under

this Section 37 and continuing until all amounts and

interest (hereinafter also referred to as carrying

charges) thereon have been amortized in accordance with
