16. OPERATIONAL FLOW ORDERS

16.1 Due to the effects of changes in weather, gas demands, flowing

gas supplies and/or other factors, it may be necessary for Transporter

to informally, via telephone, Interactive Website (Website) (as more

fully described in Section 8 of these General Terms and Conditions) or

facsimile, request adjustments in flowing receipts and/or deliveries of

a Shipper(s) to accommodate the demands on Transporter's system. If
