9.4.6 Scheduled quantities resulting from Intra-day 2

Nominations should be effective at 9:00 p.m. on gas day.

Bumping is not allowed during the Intra-day 2 Nomination

Cycle.

9.4.7 All nominations for the day of gas flow received

during the period after the Intra-day 1 Nomination Cycle

deadline (10:15 a.m.) to the Intra-day 2 Nomination Cycle

deadline (5:15 p.m.) shall be considered by Transporter as

if received contemporaneously.

9.5 The following shall apply to Subsections 9.2.4, 9.3.4 and

9.4.4:

9.5.1 With respect to the processing of requests for

increases during the intra-day nomination/confirmation

process, in the absence of agreement to the contrary, the

lesser of the confirmation quantities shall be the new

confirmed quantity. If there is no response to a request

for confirmation or an unsolicited confirmation response,

the previously scheduled quantity shall be the new confirmed

quantity.

9.5.2 With respect to the processing of requests for

decreases during the intra-day nomination/confirmation

process, in the absence of agreement to the contrary, the

lesser of the confirmation quantities shall be the new

confirmed quantity, but in any event no less than the

elapsed-prorated-scheduled quantity. If there is no

response to a request for confirmation or an unsolicited

confirmation response, the greater of the confirmation

quantity or the elapsed-prorated-scheduled quantity shall be

the new confirmed quantity.

9.6 All nominations must be submitted to Transporter via an

electronic communication mechanism acceptable to Transporter as

described in Section 8 of these General Terms and Conditions

except that Transporter may, in the instances described in

Subsection 9.6.1 below and in a non-discriminatory manner, waive

such requirement and accept nominations via an alternate method.

Transporter shall maintain a record of all such waivers granted.

Such record shall include the identity of the Shipper to whom the

waiver was granted and the basis for Transporter granting the
