4. QUALITY (Continued)

4.14 If, at any time, gas tendered by Shipper for gathering and/or

transportation shall fail to conform to any of the applicable quality

specifications, Transporter shall have the right, at its option, to

immediately refuse to accept delivery pending correction of the

deficiency by the Point Operator, continue to accept delivery and make

such changes necessary to cause the gas to conform to such

specifications and to charge Point Operator for costs incurred in

making such conforming changes, or continue to accept delivery of said

gas so long as, in Transporter's sole judgment, it can be utilized

without detrimentally affecting Transporter's facilities or operations

and such nonconformance does not cause Transporter to incur additional

operation and maintenance expenses. Acceptance of gas that does not

conform to applicable quality specifications will not prevent

Transporter from refusing future receipts of non-conforming gas.
