1. DEFINITION OF TERMS (Continued)

1.62 The term "non-jurisdictional gathering agreement" means an

executed gathering agreement between Transporter and Gathering Shipper.

The specific terms and conditions of such gathering agreement(s) shall

be established by mutual consent between Transporter and the Gathering

Shipper(s).

2. DESCRIPTIVE HEADINGS

The descriptive headings of the provisions of the Rate Schedules, the Service

Agreements and these General Terms and Conditions are formulated and used for

convenience only and shall not be deemed to affect the meaning or

construction of any such provision.
