5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All the General Terms and Conditions of this FERC Gas Tariff, Second

Revised Volume No. 1, shall apply to this Rate Schedule except

Sections 13 and 35. Where there is a conflict between the terms of

the existing gas service contract(s) and the General Terms and

Conditions, the terms of the contract(s) shall apply.
