11. CONTRACT PATH
and to transport gas withdrawn from Transporter's storage facilities to
specific delivery points, firm transportation capacity will be reserved
along a contract path between the receipt and delivery points, with
aggregate storage considered a stop-in-time. In such circumstances,
storage will be considered an intermediate receipt or delivery point(s),
as applicable, and the transportation commodity charges will be applied
only to the gas quantities received for transportation to storage for
injection, not to gas transported from storage after withdrawal. The
transportation fuel reimbursement percentage and electric power
reimbursement rate will be applied only to the gas quantities received
for transportation to storage for injection, not to gas withdrawn from
storage.
12. NOTICES
12.1 Any invoices, notices and statements provided for in the Service
Agreement shall be in writing and shall be considered as having been
given if delivered personally or if mailed by United States mail,
postage prepaid, to the applicable address:
