rounded to the nearest tenth of a cent. Such amount shall be credited
against Shipper's Rate Schedule FTN-1 transportation charges for the
next succeeding month.
Transporter shall not be required to adjust the reservation charge if
failure to deliver gas to Shipper is due to Shipper's or Shipper's
designated supplier(s) failure to perform in accordance with the
terms of this Tariff and/or the Service Agreement.
6. CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
6.1 To qualify for service pursuant to this Rate Schedule, a
potential Shipper shall make a request for transportation
service pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of the General
Terms and Conditions.
6.2 A potential Shipper is required to have contracted for storage
service pursuant to Rate Schedule FS-1 of this Tariff and, if
applicable, contract for additional gas supply to qualify for
the service described herein.
6.3 Shipper may be required periodically to update the credit
information originally provided in the Transportation/Storage
Service Request Form.
6.4 Shipper shall have sole responsibility for all arrangements
necessary for delivery of natural gas to Transporter from the
additional supplies, if any, designated by Shipper in
accordance with Subsection 2.3.1 of this Rate Schedule.
7. OTHER OPERATING PROVISIONS
7.1 Transporter may request planning information as needed from
time to time and Shipper shall comply with all reasonable
requests.
8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The General Terms and Conditions contained in Transporter's Tariff,
except as modified in the Service Agreement, are applicable to this
Rate Schedule and are hereby made a part hereof.
