3. TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CHARGES

3.1 Applicable Rates: The applicable maximum and minimum rates for

service hereunder are set forth on Sheet No. 17 of Transporter's Tariff,

as it may be revised from time to time. Such minimum and maximum rates

shall not be applicable to service provided pursuant to Section 51 of

the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
