charges will be applied only to the gas quantities received for

transportation to storage for injection, not to gas transported from

storage after withdrawal. The transportation fuel reimbursement

percentage and electric power reimbursement rate will be applied only to

the gas quantities received for transportation to storage for injection,

not to gas withdrawn from storage.

12. NOTICES

12.1 Any invoices or notices provided for in the Service Agreement

shall be in writing and shall be considered as having been given if

delivered personally, electronically or if mailed by United States mail,

postage prepaid, to the applicable address:
