3.7 Complaints. In the event that a Customer or
prospective Customer has a complaint relative to service under
this FERC Gas Tariff, the Customer or prospective Customer shall
provide a description of the complaint, including the
identification of the service request (if applicable), and
communicate it to:

SGRM will respond initially within forty-eight (48) hours
and in writing within 30 days of receipt of the complaint advising
Customer or a prospective Customer of the disposition of the
complaint. In the event the required date of SGRM's response
falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a holiday that affects SGRM, SGRM
shall respond by the next Business Day.
3.8 Information.
(a) Any person may request information on pricing,
terms of storage, parking or wheeling service or capacity
availability by contacting SGRM at the following:

(b) Each Customer will be provided with a list of phone
numbers for SGRM's Gas dispatch and control personnel, who are on-
call 24-hours a day.
3.9 Construction of Facilities. SGRM shall not be
required to provide any requested service under any Rate Schedule
which would require construction or acquisition by SGRM of new
facilities, or expansion of existing facilities.
