10. CHANGES TO RECEIPT AND DELIVERY POINTS

A Customer shall have the right, at any time, to request

changes in its Point(s) of Receipt and/or Point(s) of Delivery,

provided that SGRM shall not be required to grant a Customer's

request unless (i) SGRM determines that it has adequate

unsubscribed available capacity at the Point(s) of Receipt and/or

Point(s) of Delivery to accommodate Customer's request, and (ii)

Customer and SGRM reach agreement as to pricing applicable to

Customer's Secondary Firm Storage Service reflecting the changes

in Point(s) of Receipt and/or Point(s) of Delivery.
