7. FERC ANNUAL FUNDING CHARGE ADJUSTMENT

The rates in this rate schedule for all services rendered to Customer

shall include an increment for ACA funding charge as set out in Section

29 of the General Terms and Conditions.

8. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff, First

Revised Volume No. 1, as such may be superseded or revised from time

to time, are applicable to this rate schedule and made a part hereof.
