Transporter shall inform Shipper within 48 hours that

the inquiry has been received and inform Shipper of

Transporter's initial reaction to the inquiry and

proposed course of action. Transporter shall respond

in writing within 30 days of inquiry. Said response

shall include the Transporter's findings regarding the

basis of the complaint and proposed recourse. Each

inquiry will be noted on the transportation request

log. Each inquiry shall be investigated, and

Transporter shall inform Shipper in writing of the

action, if any, taken in response to Shipper's inquiry.

Transporter shall maintain a separate file for all

shipper inquiries and Transporter's responses.
