RATE SCHEDULE IT

INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This rate schedule is available for interruptible

transportation service on behalf of any person

(Shipper) for service from any receipt point to any

delivery point or on the system in accordance with 18

C.F.R. Part 284. WestGas InterState, Inc.

(Transporter) shall provide service on a first come,

first served basis provided:

(a) Transporter has the capability to provide such

service consistent with its other obligations under

First Revised Volume No. 1 of its FERC Gas Tariff;

(b) Except for minor incidental facilities, Transporter

is not required to construct or acquire any

additional facilities to provide the desired

transportation service; and,

(c) Shipper has executed a transportation service

agreement with Transporter substantially the same

as set forth on Sheet No. 105, et seq., of this

First Revised Volume No. 1.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 INTERRUPTIBLE SERVICE. The transportation

service provided under this rate schedule:

(a) Shall be interruptible service performed

pursuant to 18 C.F.R. Part 284;

(b) Shall apply to all gas transported by

Transporter for Shipper under this rate schedule

up to the daily volume as defined in 1.5 of the

General Terms and Conditions and specified in the

transportation service agreement;

(c) Shall be subject to interruption as provided

in 9 of the General Terms and Conditions; and

(d) Shall be provided on a first-come, first-

served basis, with availability determined by

7, 9, and 15 of the General Terms and Conditions.
