FIRM TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

(iii) If the effective date of any Rate

Schedule FT transportation service agreement

occurs on any day other than the first day of

a month, or the termination of any Rate

Schedule FT transportation service occurs on

any day other than the last day of a month,

then the CD used in the calculation of the

reservation charge for such partial months

shall be based on the ratio of the number of

days that transportation service was in

effect to the total number of days in such

month.

(b) COMMODITY CHARGE. Shipper shall pay the

appropriate commodity charge for all gas received

by Transporter for transportation. The commodity

charge shall be set forth in the transportation

service agreement or any amendment and shall be

no more than the maximum nor less than the

minimum rate specified in the Statement of Rates.

overrun charges that may be assessed in accordance

with this Rate Schedule and Transporter's Statement

of Rates for all authorized or unauthorized

transportation service provided by Transporter.
