FORM OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 7 NOTICE TO REPLACEMENT SHIPPER

Replacement Shipper hereby grants to Transporter its permission and approval

to notify the Releasing Shipper (even when such Releasing Shipper is an

Energy Affiliate of the Transporter) of certain credit-related information

specified under Section 6.15 of the General Terms and Conditions of the

Transporter's Tariff.
