14.3 Posting
(a) Shipper will post the information provided in each Release
Notice on the IEC System. The posting will include the MDCQ
available for assignment, the Points of Receipt and Delivery
and the released quantity for each point, the term of the
assignment, whether the assignment is firm or recallable and
the recall conditions, including the right of a partial day
recall, if applicable, the minimum rate expressed in dollars
and cents or percent of maximum rate, if applicable, that
the Releasing Shipper will accept, and any other conditions.
(b) The posting will commence upon receipt of the Release
Notice. The Capacity Release Timeline is as follows:
(i) For short-term releases (less than 5 months):
-- Offers should be tendered by 1:00 p.m. on the
day before the nominations for short-term
releases (less than 5 months);
-- Open season ends no later than 2:00 p.m. on the
day before nominations are due (evaluation
period begins at 2:00 p.m. during which
contingency is eliminated, determination of best
bid is made, and ties are broken);
-- Evaluation period ends at 3:15 p.m.;
-- Match or award is communicated by 3:15 p.m.;
-- Match response by 4:00 p.m.;
-- Award posting by 5:00 p.m.;
-- Posting of pre-arranged deals not subject to bid
by 9:00 a.m. the day of nominations;
-- Contract tendered with contract number by 10:00
a.m.; contract executed; nomination possible for
next day gas flow (Central Clock Time).
