INTERRUPTIBLE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

Each rate set forth on this tariff sheet is the currently effective rate

pertaining to the particular rate schedule to which it is referenced, but each

such rate is separate and independent and the change in any such rate shall

not thereby effect a change in any other rate schedule.

Rates are additive. A Shipper transporting gas through more than one Zone

shall pay the applicable rates for each Zone.

The rates for Zone 1, as shown herein, include the Enogex Lease costs

authorized by the Commission in KansOk Docket No. PR94-3-000. Shipper shall

pay KPC the actual transportation costs incurred by KPC under the terms of the

Enogex Lease to deliver gas from specific Receipt Point(s) nominated by such

Shipper on Enogex's system. See Section 15.1 of the General Terms and

Conditions for an explanation and example of how the Enogex Lease annual

minimum cost is calculated. Actual costs are calculated on a per dekatherm

basis pursuant to rates set forth in the Lease by specific receipt point.

Shipper shall reimburse KPC for actual costs incurred by the pipeline in

excess of the costs reflected in the Zone 1 rate.
