25.6 Limitation

The website shall be employed by Shippers and other parties for the uses

identified in this Section and elsewhere in this Tariff. To the extent other

provisions of this Tariff prescribe that certain types of communications should

be transmitted by the means other than the website, those specific provisions

shall govern.

25.7 Confidentiality

All communications received through fax, e-mail or internet form, and any data

contained therein, shall be subject to the same requirements of confidentiality,

if any, applicable to such communications made by any other means permitted

under any Rate Schedule or Service Agreement.
