10.5 Billing Disputes

If Shipper in good faith disputes an invoice from Transporter and

complies with the provisions of Section 11 (Payment) of the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, further resolution of the dispute

shall be in accordance with the provisions of Section 26 (Complaint

Procedure) of the General Terms and Conditions.
