37.2 Transporter shall utilize the standardized datasets provided by the

standards incorporated by reference in 18 C.F.R. Section 284.12.

Transporter's implementation guide for the standardized data sets specifies

Transporter's intended use, if any, of the data elements that are coded as

"business conditional" (BC) and "mutually agreeable" (MA) for purposes of

EDI. The implementation guide may be obtained by contacting the

Interactive Website-Help Line (1-800-258-3278) and asking for the EDI

coordinator.
