GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE - continued

(a) By December 30 of each year, Transporter shall submit to the

FERC a reconciliation filing setting forth the imbalance

revenue and related costs as of the preceding September 30

and the allocation of any imbalance revenue and costs under

this Section 35 to each FT, NNS, CMC-1 and CMC-2 Shipper.

(b) Transporter shall compare imbalance revenues and imbalance

costs and determine if the revenue was in excess of costs

(net imbalance revenue) or costs were in excess of revenues

(net imbalance costs).
