represented at any installing, reading, cleaning,
changing, repairing, inspecting, calibrating or
adjusting done in connection with the other's measuring
equipment installed hereunder. The records from such

intervals in the presence, if Shipper so elects, of
Shipper's representatives. Shipper, at its own

presence of Transporter's representatives.
a. If, upon any test, measuring equipment is found to
be accurate within two percent (2%) or less,
previous readings of such equipment shall be
considered correct in computing deliveries of gas

for any period which is known definitely or agreed
upon, but in case the period is not known
definitely or agreed upon, such adjustment shall
be for a period extending over one-half of the
time elapsed since the date of last test but not
exceeding a correction period of thirty (30) days.
