Agreement, the measuring Party shall notify the other Party of
such failure. The receiving Party may refuse to accept such gas.

Party knowingly and willingly accepts such non-specification gas.

determination of volumes delivered through orifice meters shall
conform to the recommendations in "Gas Measurement Committee
Report Number Three" of the American Gas Association as amended,
revised or superseded from time to time.
