7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff, as

such provisions may be amended from time to time, are hereby

incorporated by reference and made a part of this Rate Schedule CMC-2.

To the extent that the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff are

inconsistent with the provisions of this Rate Schedule CMC-2, the

provisions of this Rate Schedule CMC-2 shall govern.
