RATE SCHEDULE S-PALS

(3) POINTS

The request shall specify the Point(s) at which gas

is to be parked or loaned. Any mutually agreeable

point(s) on Transporter's system may be utilized for

service under this Rate Schedule S-PALS. Unless

otherwise mutually agreed, the point for completion

of the park or loan must be the same as the point at

which the park or loan was initiated.

(4) TERM OF SERVICE

The request shall specify:

(i) The date service is requested to commence;

(ii) The date service is requested to terminate; and

(iii) The term may include a range of permitted

commencement and termination dates for service

under the S-PALS RO, or for any portion of such

service. No termination date may extend beyond

the term of the S-PALS Agreement;

(5) SHIPPER CONTACT PERSONNEL

The S-PALS RO shall specify the persons to be

contacted by Transporter in connection with the S-

PALS RO;

(6) RATE

The S-PALS RO shall specify the rates under Section

6.1 at which the storage park or loan service will be

provided. Rates may vary by time period, volumes or

other permissible discounting parameters, within the

applicable maximum and minimum rates;

(7) SHIPPER ASSURANCES

Shipper shall provide Transporter the assurances

required by Section 1.3 hereof in connection with

each S-PALS RO.
