The schedule included in this Appendix C reflects the maximum quantity of natural gas, in

Dth, and the direction of flow for each segment which Transporter is obligated to transport on a

firm basis for the account of Shipper.

This Appendix C supersedes and cancels any previously effective Appendix C to this No-

Notice Service Agreement.
