4. REQUIREMENTS FOR VALID REQUEST FOR NO-NOTICE SERVICE

4.1 NO-NOTICE REQUEST FORM

All Shippers requesting No-Notice Service must submit a completed

Service Request Form as set forth in Volume 1-A of this Tariff.

No gas will be scheduled for NNS until all such information,

including a completed Service Request Form and a No-Notice Service

Agreement which has been fully executed by both parties, have been

received by Transporter.

All completed Service Request Forms are to be submitted on

Transporter's Interactive Web Site or sent to:
