RATE SCHEDULE NNS

NO-NOTICE SERVICE

1. AVAILABILITY

This Rate Schedule is available for No-Notice Service provided by Kinder

Morgan Interstate Gas Transmission LLC ("Transporter") for any party

("Shipper"), when:

a. Shipper has requested service under this Rate Schedule NNS

b. Shipper and Transporter have executed a No-Notice Service

Agreement in the form contained in the FERC Gas Tariff under this

Rate Schedule;

c. Transporter has determined that it will have available sufficient

uncommitted capacity to provide the No-Notice Service requested by

Shipper;

d. Shipper will have sufficient gas storage inventories to meet

Transporter's No-Notice Service requirements;

e. Service will be contracted for on a first-come, first-served

basis.

2. APPLICABILITY AND CHARACTER OF SERVICE

2.1 This rate schedule shall apply to the combination of Firm

Transportation ("FT") and Firm Storage Services ("FSS") on

Transporter's system, except as provided in Section 16 of the

General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.
