GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(g) An Intra-day Nomination is only effective for a

single day. There is no need to re-nominate if the Intra-day

Nomination is intended to modify the existing nomination. The

Shipper should submit a new timely nomination if the Shipper wants

to replace the previously submitted standing nomination or

commence service for the next gas Day.

(h) Intra-day Nominations can be used to request

increases or decreases in total flow, changes to Receipt Points,

or changes to Delivery Points of scheduled gas.

10.7 OVERRUN QUANTITIES

Shippers submitting nominations via DART or EDI for

transportation of overrun volumes (volumes in excess of the

applicable point or Agreement MDQ) may either include such overrun

volumes in their nominations for volumes within MDQ, or may submit

separate nominations for such overrun volumes. If the Shipper

elects to submit a separate nomination, the Shipper should mark

that nomination as being for overrun volumes.

10.8 DELEGATION

A Shipper may delegate to any third party

responsibility for submitting and receiving notices or nominations

or performing other administrative duties under any Agreement,

subject to the following conditions:

(a) Any designation of such a representative, and any

change in such designation, must be in writing and must be

submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the requested

effective date.

(b) The written designation shall specify any limits

on the authority of the representative, including any time limit

on the designation; provided, however, that Trailblazer may reject

any such limited designation if the limitations specified in the

designation would result in an undue administrative burden.
