Trailblazer Pipeline Company is a general partnership formed

under the laws of the State of Illinois by Columbia Gulf Transmission

Company, NGPL-Trailblazer Inc. and Northern Trailblazer Pipeline Company,

each of which is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of

the State of Delaware.

Trailblazer Pipeline Company is a natural gas company engaged

in the business of transporting natural gas in the states of Colorado,

Wyoming and Nebraska.
