GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
----------------------------
(a) Expansion Fuel Reimbursement Rate. Expansion Fuel
is divided by Receipt Quantities, to calculate the Expansion Fuel
Reimbursement Percentage.
(b) Electric Compression Costs. Electric Compression
Costs to be included in Expansion Fuel are determined as set out in this
subsection (b). First, the Electric Power Costs are calculated by taking
the sum of: (1) the expansion-related portion of the actual electric
power charges at Station 602 and (2) the total actual electric power
charges at Compressor Station 603, during the Base Period as adjusted for
changes which are known and measurable with reasonable accuracy. Then,
that sum is then divided by the AMIP to calculate the Electric
Compression Costs, which represents the electric power cost gas
equivalents of the Electric Power Costs and is expressed as dekatherms.
(c) Gas Compressor Fuel. The Gas Compressor Fuel to be
included in Expansion Fuel consists of the actual fuel consumed at
Compressor Station 601 during the Base Period, as adjusted for changes
which are known and measurable with reasonable accuracy, expressed as
dekatherms.
(d) The AMIP used in the calculation in (b) above shall
be the AMIP as projected for the Recovery Period based on published
indices in general use in the industry.
(e) Transactions that are not assessed fuel hereunder
shall not be included in the Receipt Quantities that are used to
calculate the Expansion Fuel Reimbursement Percentage. The Receipt
Quantities used in the calculation of the Expansion Fuel Reimbursement
Rate shall be the Receipt Quantities for the Base Period, adjusted for
known and measurable changes.
41.5 UNRECOVERED EXPANSION FUEL REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT
Trailblazer shall establish and maintain a current
deferral subaccount of Unrecovered Expansion Fuel Reimbursement Account.
(a) The accumulated current deferral subaccount balances
of Account No. 182.3 may include the following:
(i) The monthly deferral of a dollar amount
associated with Trailblazer's actual under- or over-recovered Expansion
Fuel.
(ii) The monthly deferral of Trailblazer's under-
or over-recovered actual Expansion Fuel Reimbursement.
