33. LIMITATION ON LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND LINE PACK

33.1 LIMITATION ON LIABILITY OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Any claim by Shippers against Trailblazer which may

arise hereunder shall be made only against Trailblazer as a limited

liability company and all rights to proceed against the owners

therein, individually or collectively, or against their assets as a

result of such claim or any obligations arising therefrom is hereby

expressly waived by Shippers.

33.2 LINE PACK

Trailblazer shall be responsible for providing line

pack on its System.
