Shippers and other interested parties may obtain access

to the interactive transactional web pages by contacting a

representative of Trailblazer's Electronic Customer Services

Department in Houston. Logons, passwords and access instructions will

be supplied upon request under the following terms and conditions set

forth in Sections 18.3 through 18.14. The internet address for this

web site is http://pipeline.kindermorgan.com. This web site replaces

the Direct Access Request and Tracking System (DART) and Subscribers

to DART can continue to use their DART logon and password to access

these web pages. By continuing to use such DART logons, Subscribers

agree to the terms and conditions set forth in Sections 18.3 through

18.14.
