13.3 DEFICIENT VOLUMES

Any deficiency in takes from nominated or scheduled

volumes shall, unless otherwise agreed, be identified to services

by allocating volumes delivered in the sequence set out in Section

13.2. Volumes shall be allocated among Agreements within each

class based on confirmed nominations.
