7. RECEIPT POINTS

7.1 FACILITIES AT RECEIPT POINTS

Unless otherwise agreed by Trailblazer, Trailblazer

shall own, operate and maintain all pipeline and measurement

facilities necessary to receive and measure gas hereunder. In the

event any such facilities are installed by Trailblazer, Section 9

of these General Terms and Conditions shall apply.

7.2 OBLIGATION

Trailblazer's maximum obligation to receive gas at the

Receipt Point(s) under the Agreement shall never exceed the lesser

of: (a) the applicable MDQ under the Agreement in the aggregate

or at individual points, as specified in the Agreement or as

applicable at such point under this Tariff; or (b) the total daily

volume Shipper or its designee is able and willing to tender at

the Receipt Point(s).

7.3 LOCATION

Unless otherwise described in the Agreement, the

Receipt Point(s) for transportation Agreements shall be located at

the interconnection between the facilities of Shipper, or its

designee, and the facilities of Trailblazer.
