GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(e) Trailblazer may not assess reservation charges to

a Shipper for suspended service and a Shipper may not release or recall

firm capacity which is subject to suspension.

(f) In addition to any prior notice provided for

above, Trailblazer shall simultaneously notify the Commission in

writing of any suspension or termination of service under this Section

6.10.

(g) Trailblazer may not take any action under this

Section 6.10 which conflicts with any order of the U.S. Bankruptcy

Court.
