GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(d) If nominations by all Shippers for secondary point

service for which such Shippers are eligible exceed Trailblazer's

available capacity on the applicable path, available capacity shall be

allocated and scheduled pro rata based on a Shipper's confirmed

nominations within MDQ. If curtailment is necessary, such curtailment

shall be pro rata based on a Shipper's confirmed nominations, within

MDQ, for the applicable path. Shippers utilizing points within the

primary path as secondary service shall have a higher priority than

Shippers utilizing points outside the primary path as secondary

service. This priority applies for service at constrained points and

paths.
