(e) Firm intra-day nominations are entitled to bump

scheduled interruptible volumes, as defined in Sections 6.5 and 6.7,

only during the Evening and Intra-day 1 Nomination Cycles, as defined in

Section 10.2. Firm intra-day nominations are not entitled to bump

already scheduled firm volumes.
