GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Upon the mutual agreement of Trailblazer and Shipper, in
lieu of Trailblazer retaining gas in kind, Shipper shall reimburse
Trailblazer for Fuel Gas and Unaccounted For Gas at a mutually agreed
upon price.
1.10 EXISTING SHIPPER
"Existing Shipper" shall mean those entities which have
an effective Contract Demand pursuant to the provisions of an executed
Agreement with Trailblazer; provided, however, that Affiliate-Shippers
shall be considered to be Existing Shippers upon execution of an
Agreement.
1.11 EXPANSION 2002
"Expansion 2002" shall mean the expansion in
Trailblazer's capacity resulting from the construction of facilities
authorized by the Commission pursuant to an Order issued on May 18,
2001, in Docket No. CP01-64-000, 95 FERC Paragraph 61,258.
1.12 EXPANSION 2002 AGREEMENT
"Expansion 2002 Agreement" shall mean a firm Agreement
entered into between Trailblazer and a Shipper for capacity resulting
from Expansion 2002.
1.13 EXPANSION 2002 SHIPPER
"Expansion 2002 Shipper" shall mean a Shipper which has
entered into an Expansion 2002 Agreement. A Shipper's status as an
Expansion 2002 Shipper shall be determined on a contract-by-contract
basis. Therefore, a given Shipper may be an Expansion 2002 Shipper
with respect to a specific contract and not an Expansion 2002 Shipper
with respect to other contracts.
FERC
1.14 FERC
"FERC" or "Commission" shall mean the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission or any federal commission, agency or other
governmental body or bodies succeeding to, lawfully exercising or
superseding any powers which are exercisable by the Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission.
