1/ The Expansion Fuel Reimbursement Percentage applies to all

volumes transported under Rate Schedule FTS to which the

Expansion 2002 Recourse Rates are applicable under Section 5.1(b)

of Rate Schedule FTS.

2/ Trailblazer will adjust its Expansion Fuel Reimbursement

Percentage Rate in accordance with Section 41 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.

3/ Trailblazer is proposing to defer recovery of its Unrecovered

Expansion Fuel Reimbursement Account until a future filing.
