1/ Maximum daily quantities and rates set forth in individual service

agreements on an Mcf basis shall be deemed to have been converted

to a thermal billing basis utilizing a factor of 1.060 Btu.

2/ These rates reflect the "Offer of Settlement and Stipulation and

Agreement" (Settlement) filed by Trailblazer in Docket Nos.

RP10-492-000, et al. The Settlement was approved by the Commission

by its Order issued on April 30, 2010, 131 FERC Paragraph 61,096

(Settlement Order).
