Trailblazer Pipeline Company LLC (Trailblazer) is a limited

liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of

Delaware.

Trailblazer is a natural gas company engaged in the business

of transporting natural gas in the states of Colorado, Wyoming and

Nebraska.
