21. FORCE MAJEURE

A force majeure event is defined and the obligations of Questar and

shipper in connection with such an event are stated in the General Terms and

Conditions of Part 1 of this tariff.

22. ASSIGNMENT

Assignment of a Clay Basin storage service agreement must conform to the

General Terms and Conditions of Part 1 of this tariff.

23. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TERMS

Questar will not perform any service under any rate schedule contained

in this tariff if a shipper fails to comply with the terms of its service

agreement and this tariff.

24. DISCOUNTING POLICY

Questar may allow a variety of discounts between its maximum and

minimum rates according to § 28.2 of Part 1 of the General Terms and

Conditions of this tariff, as applicable.
