9.2 Interruption and Curtailment.
(a) Questar may use any portion of its reserved
capacity without interruption to maintain the safe and
reliable operation of its transmission system.
(b) If, due to any cause whatsoever, Questar
does not have sufficient injection capacity on any day to
serve all of its shippers, interruption of storage service
shall be made according to 10.2(a) of this part.
