18. FORCE MAJEURE

A force majeure event is defined and the obligations of Questar and

shipper in connection with such an event are stated in the General Terms and

Conditions of Part 1 of this tariff.

19. ASSIGNMENT

Assignment of a peaking storage service agreement must conform to the

General Terms and Conditions of Part 1 of this tariff.

20. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH TERMS

Questar will not perform service under any rate schedule contained in

this tariff if a shipper fails to comply with the terms of its service agree

ment and the General Terms and Conditions.

21. DISCOUNTING POLICY

Questar may allow a variety of discounts between its maximum and

minimum rates according to § 28.2 of Part 1 of the General Terms and

Conditions of this tariff, as applicable.
