(c) If curtailment is required, Questar will

make adjustments to injections or withdrawals in a manner

that attempts to minimize injury to its property or

facilities.

(d) Nothing in this provision shall limit

Questar's right to effect curtailment on any other

reasonable basis in order to ensure system integrity or to

reflect the operational characteristics of Questar's peaking

storage reservoirs.
